We started Cyber COAST in 2016 as a government consulting firm focused on bringing significant insights to our customers. Along the way, we discovered opportunities to deliver transformational value to cybersecurity and risk leadership through automated cybersecurity readiness software.

So today we are excited to announce that Cyber COAST is becoming SightGain. This change highlights our focus on the SightGain cybersecurity readiness platform. The name speaks to our mission: continuously deliver valuable insights and measurable improvements to our customers.

Rest assured we will continue to bring relentless innovation and partner with our customers to assess risk exposure, understand readiness posture, and prioritize cybersecurity investments.

Christian Sorensen

Christian is a former Air Force leader and big data expert with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. During his time at USCYBERCOM and the Pentagon, he helped architect the Cyber Mission Forces and led an international cyber warfare team for Operation Enduring Freedom. Christian holds a BS in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an MS in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
