The websites for Ukraine’s military and two of its largest state banks were brought down along with 7 other state sites as part of a recent DDoS attack. Experts suspect that Russia may be behind the attack and could be using cyber tactics to increase pressure on Ukraine and gain the upperhand in negotiations going forward.
